Seems little Piko-chan escaped his home, flew around the city, and landed on a hotel guests shoulder. The Good Samaritan turned the bird over to the fuzz, where he remained mum for a couple days. Then, without warning, the little plucker informed the cops of the names of the city and district where his owner’s home is located!
